Overall, these are great. The KRK e8’s aren’t to be confused with the other KRK 8’s . These are way better than the cheaper KRK monitors. If you are in need of high quality speakers/ monitors that you can master in and great big studio quality these are perfect for you. Downside is the price, they do cost a good amount of money. But you might be...
Home studio owners should definitely take a look at the KRK 7000B’s and the other monitors that KRK has to offer because they are some of the best bang for your buck that you’ll find. These will take you a long way in your home studio but they aren’t going to be suitable for professionals unless you’re using them as your B set of monitors. Lik...
I think they're great value for the price. The only possible bad thing about them is that they're made of MDF I think, so they don't take a beating as well. If they broke I'd probably buy another pair of these. The sound is very good except for the soft bass. They're also prone for making noises if you have a laptop plugged into the same extensi...
What i like the most is the fresh sound of the speakers and their accuracy, The only downside is that the frequency response doesn't reach lower than 49 Hz, but i'd really recommend them if you produce hiphop, urban & Pop music, plus you get real high quality for a reasonable price.
Overall, these speakers are the bomb! Literally! For the price, why wouldn't you buy them? For only $120 each, its an offer you can't refuse! These are the only speakers i have ever used, and i am not planning on using any others. I am happy with my choice and i am telling you GO WITH THESE SPEAKERS!!!!!!
I think they're great monitors, especially since I got them for an excellent price. From what I've read, when the Series II was released from KRK the price was lowered, and although the manufacturer did not explicitly state why, they attributed to lower production costs. To me, this means one of two things (and quite possibly both): cheaper co...
These are great monitors for entry level, but do not approach any of the higher end gear that KRK has manufactured. For the price, these are a good speaker, and occasionally you'll see them on sale for less than the $300/pair that I paid. I eventually replaced these monitors with KRK V8's that I got for a steal. At that point, I took my Rocki...
I have to say that I'm a pretty big fan of the KRK RoKit's, as I like them more than the other newer RoKit monitors. I don't think that it has anything to do with the fact that these are passive while the newer ones are active, but I could be wrong about this. I like these because they can serve as a very nice and cost effective option for hom...
The KRK Rokit 8 G2's definitely should be on the list of studio monitors to check out for all of you out there looking to put together a home studio. Of course it all depends on what you're budget might be, but if you're looking to go on the cheap without sacrificing quality too much, these are going to be a great choice. For me I've got a pa...
KRK is known for making some of the best band for your buck studio monitors around, and the KRK 6000's are a prime example. In this price range I'd be hard pressed to find a set of monitors that sound this good, as these are very authentic sounding for such a small price. I don't think that they make them anymore, but you can find them used if...
