You're not really going to feel to tone under your fingertips as you play this guitar but you will feel a nice fluid motion as you roll your hand across the back of the neck. This is one of the most comfortable necks that you would find straight out-of-the-box no matter where you buy it from. All guitars in my opinion need a professional set up done as well as an intonation set.
